Part I. Laser Machine
At MCWlaser, we provide 2-year warranty and comprehensive warranty and maintenance for laser engraving/cutting machines, fiber marking machines, laser cleaning machines, and laser welding machine, as well as permanent technical support.
The fiber laser (i.e. laser source) is warranted for two (2) years and all other accessories of the machine are warranted for one (1) year. Consumables are not covered by the warranty.
This limited warranty applies only to products distributed and/or sold by MCWlaser to the original purchaser.
During your warranty period, you can rely on our remote technical support to troubleshoot any problems and guide you through simple fixes. If our technical team determines that the failure is due to a defective part, MCWlaser will repair or replace the accessory free of charge.
Warranty Conditions
1. Any after-sales additions or modifications are not covered by this warranty. The owner of the laser system is responsible for any service and repairs not covered by this warranty.
2. The warranty only covers normal use of the laser machine. MCWlaser will not be liable under this warranty for any damage or defect caused by:
*Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping or installation
1.Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or acts of God
2.Inadequacy or interruption of electrical service, improper voltage conditions, blown fuses, or other similar damages
3.Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized MCWlaser representative
4.Usage of components or accessories not approved by MCWlaser
5.Tampering, altering, defacing, or removing the product serial number will void this warranty.
*Damages incurred through irresponsible use may include but are not limited to:
1.Failure to turn on or use clean water within the chiller or water pump
2.Failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses
3.Failure to clean or lube guide rails with lubricant oil
4.Failure to remove or clean debris from the collection tray
5.Failure to properly store the laser in a properly conditioned environment.
MCWlaser is not responsible for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or for any part of any product returned to MCWlaser for repair.
This warranty does not cover any third party software not purchased from MCWlaser or virus related issues. MCWlaser is not responsible for loss of data or time, even in the event of hardware failure. It is the customer's responsibility to back up any data for their own protection. MCWlaser is not responsible for any loss of work ("Downtime") caused by products requiring repair.
The warranty is not transferable if the customer resells the machine. International shipping charges and/or customs fees associated with fulfilling the warranty replacement item are the customer's responsibility if damage or functional defect occurs due to customer's improper operation of the machine.
MCWlaser reserves the right to refuse the purchase of an extended warranty at its sole discretion.
Post Warranty Support and Repairs:
MCWlaser provides free lifetime technical support to buyers through email, phone, instant messaging tools, and remote assistance. On-site maintenance (if required) is optional and requires a fee. After the warranty period, replacement parts and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. MCWlaser will provide necessary spare parts and repair parts.
PART II. Accessories
Fragile items: such as laser tubes. If the product is damaged during transportation or the product is defective, there is no need to return it. We will reissue a new one after verification.
If the product is brand new and unused due to the wrong purchase, it is supported to be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt, and the buyer needs to bear the risk of insurance and transportation damage.
Customized products: such as customized size honeycomb panels, etc., do not support returns or exchanges.
Other products: Within 30 days after receipt, they are brand new, unused, and are available for sale. Returns and exchanges are supported, and the buyer needs to bear the shipping costs.

S&A CW-5200 industrial water chiller is the best fit to cool CO2 laser machines. The 1.85 gallon (7L) water tank runs at 3.4 gpm to remove heat from the CO2 laser tube. With cooling capacity up to 5699Btu per hour and temperature error within 0.5°C, CW-5200 can easily cool down up to 150W CO2 laser tube.
This water chiller has a cooling capacity of 1400W and has been awarded a design patent certificate, as well as CE and RoHS certifications.

lnstallation and Use
The following are the installation and use conditions of our water chillers for your reference.
Our water chiller is used for cooling water. If it is other liquids, please make sure there is no corrosion for the water chiller.
When using our water chiller, the water inlet of the water chiller needs to connect with the water outlet of your equipment, and the equipment water inlet connects with the water outlet of our water chiller. It is the closed loop

2. There is no impurity in the circulating water.

Cleaning and Antifreeze
1. To ensure good heat dissipation, please open the lid to clean the dirt after the cooler is used in the long term.
2. Ethanol can be used as a short-term antifreeze, but it is corrosive and needs to be emptied within a week.
Users in cold areas should use noncorrosive special antifreeze.
It is recommended to choose CLARIANT (Clariant) brand, there are two types of antifreeze suitable for laser systems:
1) Antifrogen-N glycol-water type (industrial products, toxic to human body)
2) Antifrogen-L propylene glycol-water type (food grade, harmless to human body)
Water Tank Water Exchange Method and Frequency
1. To exchange the water in the tank, drain the waste water out of the tank using the drain outlet, and refill the tank with clean water through the filling hole.
2.The frequency of water exchange is crucial for maintaining the quality of the circulating water and maximizing the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to exchange the purified water once a month and the running water twice a month. It is also advised to use purified water for optimal performance.
